Hydrated Delivery Standards

1. Delivery coverage
We ship fresh flowers across India to pin codes served by our courier partners.
2. Shipping fees
- Prepaid orders: Free shipping on all prepaid flower orders.
- COD orders: ₹49 handling fee applies.
- Large bouquets: Oversized arrangements may require an additional carton surcharge shown at checkout.
3. Estimated timelines
- Metro cities: 1–3 business days from dispatch.
- Tier 2 cities: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
- Remote areas: 5–8 business days depending on courier routes.
4. Stem-hydrated packaging
Stems are trimmed, hydrated, and wrapped in water-retaining sleeves inside rigid cartons. Delicate blooms receive additional protective tissue to minimise bruising in transit.
5. Delivery attempts
Couriers typically attempt delivery twice. Please ensure someone can receive perishable flowers promptly and transfer them to clean water.
