Stem Quality & Refund Policy

1. Our freshness promise
Every stem leaving Appily twentyeight is quality-checked for hydration, bloom integrity, and packaging soundness. If your delivery falls short, review the eligibility criteria below.
2. When we will review a claim
- Wrong flower variety or stem count compared to your order confirmation.
- Shipment lost in transit or not delivered within the stated window.
- Stems arrive wilted, broken, or mouldy on arrival — notify us within 12 hours with photographs.
3. When claims are declined
- Normal petal drop or colour fading after delivery when stems were fresh at dispatch.
- Damage caused by improper vase care, direct sunlight, or delayed unpacking.
- Recipient unavailable during courier delivery attempts for perishable goods.
4. How to report an issue
Email blooms@appilytwentyeight.com or open a Track & Support ticket within 12 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the stems and outer packaging.
5. Remedies
Approved claims may receive a replacement bouquet, store credit, or refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
