Appily twentyeight is committed to transparent handling of personal data. This charter describes what we collect when you shop for fresh flowers and how that information is used and safeguarded.

- Identity & contact: name, email, phone number, and delivery address for account and order fulfilment.
- Transaction records: items ordered, payment method, order timestamps, and delivery status updates.
- Communications: messages sent via contact forms, email, or Track & Support regarding substitutions or delivery issues.
- Technical logs: browser type, session tokens, and security events needed to protect the storefront.
3. How data is used
We use personal data solely to verify accounts, process flower orders, coordinate courier delivery, respond to florist desk enquiries, prevent fraud, and improve catalogue accuracy. We do not sell personal data to advertising networks.
4. Sharing with service providers
Delivery addresses and phone numbers are shared with courier partners only to the extent required to deliver your order. Payment processors receive transaction details necessary to complete payment.
5. Retention and your choices
We retain order history for legal and customer-service purposes. You may request account deletion by writing to blooms@appilytwentyeight.com, subject to open order obligations.
