Order Change Policy
Effective date: 18 July 2026
1. Changes before dispatch
Contact Track & Support or email blooms@appilytwentyeight.com to cancel or amend delivery details before your order leaves our studio. Prepaid refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once confirmed.
2. After dispatch
Once flowers are handed to the courier, cancellation is not possible. Refer to our Stem Quality & Refund Policy if there is a delivery problem.
3. Event-date orders
For wedding or event-date deliveries, we recommend placing orders at least 72 hours in advance. Same-day changes may not be possible once stems are allocated.
